Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be refused and the item may be returned to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed products.
- Items without original tags.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
